Nutrition Programs

With vast knowledge of nutrition from owner and Exercise Physiologist Alyssa Gingras, F2F is now offering personalized nutritional plans that are individualized to your specific goals.  To construct a diet plan several variables need to be mathematically determined:

  • Basal metabolic rate
  • Age/height/current weight/goal weight
  • Energy expenditure
  • Caloric and macro-nutrient intake

This nutrition plan will take all of your individual variables and a nutrition plan will be created just for you.  The nutrition will be adjusted on a weekly basis depending on results and goals.

Personalized meal plan (6 meals a day; allotted cheat meals):

  • Regular check-ins (in person, phone or Skype)
  • Ongoing adjustments to your meal plan to maximize results
  • Small group to ensure focused support
  • Participant Facebook page (support, recipes, and connect with other participants)
  • Ongoing help to ensure you stay motivated to reach your goals
